Resources are needed to pay for student scholarships, program coordination, tools, and equipment to expand and meet the growing demand from students and the local construction industry. 

Our Marin Builders Association Scholarship and Workforce Training Fund, a 501c3 public charity, provides all of our program support: trade school and college scholarships, plus job placement services with local construction firms.

We open doors for opportunities for local youth and adults, immigrants, and low-income communities in the construction industry to develop successful careers.
